This notice covers the CareNShare launch waitlist. It does not describe a launched reporting service.

What we collect

When registration is available, we collect your email, ZIP code, optional neighborhood name, consent, and registration and confirmation dates. We do not ask for your exact address or location.

Why we use it

We use this information to confirm your email, send launch updates, and understand which areas are interested. Waitlist entries are not publicly visible. We do not sell waitlist information or use it to target advertising.

Services that process information

Cloudflare hosts the site and provides Turnstile bot verification, Supabase stores waitlist information, and Resend delivers email. Those services process information needed to provide their functions. Turnstile may process browser and network signals to detect abuse. We do not add advertising code or analytics cookies to this waitlist.

Retention and removal

You can remove your entry using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us if the link has expired. Abuse prevention uses a keyed hash of your network address; raw IP addresses are not stored in the waitlist database. Separate rate-limit attempt records are deleted after two days. The hash attached to your waitlist entry remains until that entry is removed. Unconfirmed registrations are deleted after 30 days. Confirmed registrations remain on the waitlist until you request removal; they do not expire automatically. Any backup retention must be disclosed before backups are enabled.
